Holy Cross Journal of Law & Public Policy

The Holy Cross Journal of Law and Public Policy is in the process of compiling articles for its twentieth annual issue, in the Fall of 2015. The purpose of this Journal is to foster an open exchange of ideas and information that pertain to current legal or political issues of general interest.

• Articles submitted for consideration should be thoroughly researched and footnoted. 
• Two copies of the paper and an electronic version must be included with each submission. 

The deadline for submission is November 1, 2015.
