This scholarship, administered by the Schenectady County County Bar Association, is open to full-time JD students at an accredited law school within the State of New York who have permanent address in Schenectady County. 

The income of the trust and the number of the applicants deetermines the amount of the scholarship to be awarded to each recipient in a given year.  Each recipient for the 2010-2011 scholarship distribution received $1,432.00.
