The
firm will award $10,000 scholarships to highly qualified first- year students.
Each scholarship will be paid to the recipient's law school to help finance his
or her tuition costs during the second academic year.
QUALIFICATIONS?
Qualified
applicants are currently- enrolled first- year law students at an ABA-
accredited law school who (a) contribute to the diverse background of their law
school's student body; (b) demonstrate strong academic achievement; and (c)
demonstrate an interest in promoting diversity in the legal profession.
HOW TO APPLY?
Please submit a resume, official law school transcript and a personal statement that describes your personal background and the importance of diversity in your life and the legal profession. An applicant also may submit a separate statement demonstrating the financial need of a scholarship to help finance his or her law school education, but such statement is not required.
