ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section's Admiralty and Maritime Law Committee Annual Writing Competition

The ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section's Admiralty and Maritime Law Committee Annual Writing Competition is open to all law students and LLM students. By writing an essay on Recent Developments in Admiralty and Maritime Law, the winning student is eligible to win (1) $500; (2) up to $500 reimbursement towards attendance at the TIPS Spring Meeting in Charleston, SC or the ABA Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL; and (3) publication in a 2012 edition of our committee newsletter.

Topic: Recent Developments in Admiralty and Maritime Law. It is permissible to submit an essay prepared for a class, journal, or other publication.

Maximum length: 20 pages, double-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman, footnotes.

Submission Deadline: April 6, 2012
