Citizens Committee for an Effective State Constitution in New York, in collaboration with the Center for Research, Regional Education and Outreach are sponsoring the New York State Constitutional Change Essay Contest, an essay competition for law students on state constitutional issues.
Essays selected as strongest will be presented at a statewide conference on state constitutional change. Authors of the two best of the these will each be awarded a $1,000 cash prize.
