AllPetsExpert is offering three scholarships for the top three essays on any of the ten proposed essay topics. The essays should be between 800-1000 words. Applicants must be: a pet owner, write an essay on any one of the ten proposed topics, and capable of expressing their opinions clearly and concisely. The program is international with no age limit. Applicants must make their submissions by June 15, 2019. The selected recipients of the awards will be announced on August 19, 2019.
