Gregory Harmon, Esq. 2015 Scholarship Contest

The Black Bar Association of Bronx County announces the Gregory Harmon, Esq. 2015 Scholarship contest.

Who can apply?
Second and Third Year Law Students, enrolled full-time or part-time, are invited to apply for this Scholarship Award. 

Topic: The students must submit a resume, a one paragraph statement addressing what area of law they are interested in, and a three page essay discussing the following:

• Are Grand Juries truly independent? What changes would you propose to protect the independence/integrity of the Grand Jury? How and why would these changes be beneficial?

Each Finalist will be required to complete either a phone or in-person interview with the Scholarship Committee. 

Prize : One winner will receive $2000 cash award or $2000 value towards Bar review course.
