THE SUFFOLK COUNTY CHAPTER OF THE WOMEN’S BAR ASSOCIATION OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE A SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST FOR TOURO COLLEGE JACOB D.FUCHSBERG LAW CENTER SCHOOL OF LAW - ALL STUDENTS ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE.
One student from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center will receive a $500 cash award and a one year membership in the Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association for the year following graduation. The winner will also be their guest at the Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association Annual Installation Dinner in June, 2012 where the scholarship will be presented.

Although women comprise over 50% of the U.S. population, they hold only approximately 17% of the decision-making positions in such vital fields as medicine, law and business. How do you think this can be changed and how would you go about achieving this change?
