Association of Securities and Exchange Commission Alumni, Inc. (ASECA) Annual Writing Competition. Prizes are awarded for outstanding papers in the field of securities law. Three prizes will be awarded at ASECA's annual dinner on Friday, February 22, 2013 in Washington, D.C.: $5,000 for first place, $3,000 for second place, and $2,000 for third place.
