Suffolk Academy of Law Presents Its Appellate Practice Seminar "Long Island Goes to the New York Court of Appeals"

Suffolk Academy of Law presents its Appellate Practice Seminar, "Long Island Goes to the New York Court of Appeals" on Wednesday evening, October 28.

The Honorable Joseph Bellacosa, retired Senior Associate Court of Appeals Judge, (retired Dean of St. John's Law School) is the keynote speaker. In addition, four local attorneys - Harvey B. Besunder (former SCBA President) John Ryan, Maureen Liccione (SCBA Director), and Diane Farrell (Academy Officer and the program coordinator) - will discuss recent successful cases they brought before the Court of Appeals.  Attendees will also receive guidelines from the Court itself.

The program runs from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m., with sign-in and supper from 5:30 p.m. Three MCLE credits will be awarded (if appropriate); law students are invited to attend.
