The New York Bar Foundation is accepting
grant applications for The Miriam Maccoby
Netter Fellowship, created and funded by the Intellectual Property Law Section which is to be conducted in summer 2014.
A completed application
and supporting documentation as detailed in the guidelines must be
submitted to The New York Bar Foundation on or before December 31st, 2013.
One grant, valued at $5,000.00, will be
awarded to a public interest intellectual property organization or charity to
conduct the fellowship. The fellowship will take place in summer 2014 and the
organization will offer the fellowship to students enrolled in law school
located in New York State during the 2014 spring semester, as well as
persons who received their JD any time within the last 3 years. The fellow will assist the organization with matters
relating to intellectual property law.
